Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and who processes it.

ProDispatch (“we”, “us”) is operated by an independent individual developer. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our software tools, including InstaSheet and BrokerLoadsBot (the “Services”). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Services.
1. Information we collect
- Account & license information — the email address you verify, your Google Sheet identifier, and the license token that activates your subscription.
- Dispatch data you process — the load, driver, expense, and accounting records you enter in your own Google Sheet and submit to the Services to generate reports. This is your business data; we process it only to produce the outputs you request.
- Delivery information — the Telegram group/chat identifier you configure so reports and alerts can be delivered to you.
- Basic usage & logs — limited technical logs (such as request timestamps and error information) used to operate and troubleshoot the Services.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy (see below).
2. How we use information
- to provide the Services and generate the reports and alerts you request;
- to verify your subscription and enforce plan limits;
- to deliver outputs to your configured Telegram destination;
- to maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
- to respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Payments — Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase, you provide your billing details directly to Lemon Squeezy, which processes your payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Their handling of that data is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to activate and manage your subscription (such as your email, plan, and subscription status).
4. Service providers (subprocessors)
The Services rely on these third parties to function:
- Google — Google Sheets and Apps Script, where your data is entered and read.
- Cloudflare — hosting, report generation, and data storage for the backend.
- Telegram — delivery of generated reports and alerts.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, billing, and tax.
Some optional features may use AI processing (for example, automated extraction from rate confirmation documents). Where used, only the data needed for that feature is sent to the AI provider to return a result; it is not used to train third-party models.
5. Data retention
We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Dispatch data you submit is processed to generate your requested output; generated report files may be retained for a limited period to allow re-delivery, then removed. You can request deletion of your account data through our contact page.
6. Security
Access to the Services is protected by per-account license tokens and a verification handshake, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.
8. Children
The Services are for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
